While Consular staff will give you as much advice as they can, it is your responsibility to ensure that you are obtaining the correct service. If you are unsure, you may wish to take legal advice before booking the service.

HOW TO PAY
Fees are payable in Swiss Francs. We accept most credit/debit cards (except Post Finance and American Express) and cash. We do not accept personal cheques.
BEFORE YOUR APPOINTMENT
Please check under the individual services what documents you need to bring.
Please note that you will have to pass through Security upon arrival at the Embassy. You should expect your belongings to be checked, and you will have to leave your mobile telephone with the Security Officer. Please do not bring laptops or other electronic devices. Please arrive in advance of your appointment.
If you need to cancel or modify your booking, you will be able to do so by following the link in the confirmation e-mail.
The Foreign and Commonwealth Office holds and uses data for purposes notified to the Information Commissioner under the Data Protection Act 1998 (which may be viewed on the Information Commissioner's website). Such personal data may be disclosed to other UK Government Departments and public authorities.
